Frequently Asked Questions

EZ REPAIR LOAN® is a division of Global Leasing and Finance Group, a full service provider of specialty financing solutions offering one stop financing options and cash flow solutions for the truck, trailer and heavy equipment industries since 2007.

EZ REPAIR LOAN® focuses primarily on customers in Ontario and Western Canada, however, we do provide equipment repair financing in other provinces. You can call us toll-free at 1-844-212-9912.
And, yes, we do provide loans for truck repairs in the U.S. through our affiliate. Just fill out our American Inquiry Form and one of their representatives will contact you shortly about your repair loan requirements.

You can go to our website, www.ezrepairloan.com and complete our loan application form and submit it online. Or you can also download the application form, then complete, sign and fax it to our office at 905-629-3127 for initial approval. You will also need to fax us clear copies of your vehicle ownership, insurance certificate, your driver’s license (both sides) and the repair invoice.

If all the required quote information is received initial approval turnaround is expected within a few hours. Lack of proper information increases the timeframe for the initial approval.

Initial approval is granted to the client based on our estimated value of the vehicle. There needs to be sufficient asset coverage to consider granting a loan. Credit checks are completed for all applicants and are used to determine interest rates.

The client and the dealer (repairer) are informed via phone of the initial approval, conditional upon receipt and confirmation of all personal and vehicle information requested. The client owner is responsible for all repairs and authorization of work by the repairer until the EZ Repair Loan Agreement has been completed and signed by all parties and payment made to the repair dealer by EZ Repair Loan®.

We pay the repair dealer directly as they need to sign our paperwork that the work was performed on the vehicle as indicated on the final customer signed invoice.
