By signing our application for credit, the applicant is acknowledging and consenting to the collection and use of personal information contained in the application by Global Leasing Group Ltd. operating as EZ Repair Loan and/or Global Leasing & Finance Group in connection with the granting or consideration of credit including credit reporting agencies. This acknowledgement may be obtained through completion of our on-line or physical application or the credit application of any of our affiliates, agents or assigns, all of which can be provided in accepted electronic or on-line forms and e-transmissions. Further, by signing and submitting the credit application the applicant agrees to the privacy statement and terms and conditions outlined on our websites and in the specific financing agreement executed with Global Leasing Group Ltd., EZ Repair Loan or Global Leasing and Finance Group. The applicant further acknowledges that the provision of incorrect information or the misrepresentation of any information provided in or on our credit application form will result in Global withdrawing any offer of financing and in the case of commercial vehicle repair financing the applicant further acknowledges that they must authorize all work performed by the repairer and that they are fully responsible for payment of any repairs until such time that they sign and acknowledge the terms and conditions of Global’s financing agreement.
