Global Leasing Group Inc. announces a corporate name change. Effective today, the company is now legally named Global Leasing Group Ltd. This change reflects new corporate ownership and expanded credit facility under an asset purchase agreement designed to make the company more competitive in the marketplace. President Jeff Horler reassured the market that "All staff, relationships and operations remain unchanged and Global Leasing Group Ltd. (Global) remains dedicated to provide financing solutions to the Canadian Trucking Industry". Global further maintains operations through the trade names EZ Repair Loan(R) and Global Leasing & Finance Group that have become known within the industry.
